Bathroom Remodels with Waterproofing Done Right
Showers, tubs, tile, vanities and lighting, built over a waterproofed base, and an exhaust fan ducted to a hood that does not let embers in.
Waterproofing comes first
Tile is only the surface. What keeps the wall dry is the membrane behind it and the slope of the shower pan. We build those layers and test them before tile goes on.
Ventilation that also closes
A bathroom fan has to vent outside. That opening needs a damper and a termination that keeps embers out. We fit both when the fan is replaced.
Fixtures and layout
Tub to shower conversions, double vanities and new lighting are all possible. We check plumbing locations before we commit to a layout.
